Jede Organisation erhält einen isolierten Workspace mit eigenen Daten, Rollen und Audit-Regeln. ERSA Workspace dient als Referenzmandant.
tenant_id als SaaS-Gate
Jeder Datensatz trägt eine tenant_id. Row-Level Isolation und Policy-Checks sind Voraussetzung für Pilot- und Produktivfreigabe.
Kontrollierter Supportzugriff
Plattform-Support kann nur mit Reason-Pflicht und vollständiger Auditierung Kontexte einsehen. Kein stiller Cross-Tenant-Zugriff.
